Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Contractor", "Owner-Builder") and Call Me Techie LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the SnapToReport platform — including our website at snaptoreport.com, our web dashboard, our WhatsApp/SMS integration services, and our mobile applications (iOS & Android).

By creating an account, logging in, or submitting site data to SnapToReport, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapToReport is an automated construction site reporting and project management tool. The Service accepts site updates (photos, text, voice notes) submitted via WhatsApp, SMS, or mobile apps, processes them using artificial intelligence, and generates:

• Professional Daily Site Reports & PDF digests for clients and stakeholders.
• Weekly summary reports and automated jobsite activity timelines.
• Inspection-Aware phase tagging (e.g. MEP rough-in, foundation, framing) to alert owner-builders to upcoming checkpoint milestones.

3. Account Registration & Mobile App Use

To access full platform features, you must register for an account. You represent and warrant that:

• All registration details provided are accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your password and authentication credentials.
• When using our mobile applications, you consent to required permissions (camera, microphone, storage, push notifications) strictly necessary to capture and process site updates.

4. User Content & Site Photos

You retain complete ownership of all jobsite photos, audio recordings, text updates, and project documentation ("User Content") submitted to SnapToReport.

By submitting User Content, you grant Call Me Techie LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, generating, and delivering reports for your project.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions from property owners and site personnel to capture and upload jobsite photographs and media.

6. Mobile & SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS notifications or interacting via WhatsApp, you consent to receive transactional text messages from SnapToReport regarding daily report availability, inspection checkpoint reminders, and authentication codes.

• Message frequency varies based on project activity and report schedule settings.
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or texting HELP for support.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

SnapToReport offers free tier tracking and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the account dashboard setting or Stripe billing portal.
• Refunds are granted at the discretion of Call Me Techie LLC according to our billing policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful construction or fraudulent reporting purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the web or mobile applications.
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or inappropriate image content.
• Interfere with or disrupt system security or database infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Call Me Techie LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost construction profits, jobsite delays, building code fines, or loss of data — arising out of or related to your use of SnapToReport.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Call Me Techie LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your jobsite construction activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
